Refund policy

PRAVILA O POVRATU

Budući da poslujemo po modelu proizvodnje po narudžbi (Print-on-Demand), proizvodi se izrađuju tek nakon narudžbe. Pravila su usklađena sa zakonima RH i EU:

  1. Greška trgovca (Oštećen, krivi artikl ili loš tisak): Potpuno besplatna zamjena ili povrat novca unutar 14 dana od primitka. Uvjet: Javite se na sales.streetartstyle@gmail.com sa brojem narudžbe i opisom greške te priloženim fotografijama iste.

  2. Promjena mišljenja ili kriva veličina: Imate zakonsko pravo na povrat unutar 14 dana ukoliko Vam veličina naručenog proizvoda ne odgovara (molimo provjerite tablicu veličina prije kupnje). Uvjeti: Proizvod mora biti nenošen, neopran i s etiketama, preporučljivo u originalnom pakiranju. Kupac sam u potpunosti plaća trošak povratne poštarine na adresu webshopa. Prije slanja javite nam se na e-mail sales.streetartstyle@gmail.com za upute.

  3. Kriva adresa i nepreuzeti paketi: Povrat novca nije moguć ako je kupac unio krivu adresu ili nije preuzeo paket. Kupac mora platiti trošak ponovnog slanja.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Because we operate on a Print-on-Demand (made-to-order) model, items are created only after an order is placed. Our policy complies with EU and Croatian consumer laws:

  1. Merchant Error (Damaged, incorrect item, or misprint): Completely free replacement or full refund within 14 days of delivery. Requirement: Contact us at sales.streetartstyle@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and attached photos of the defect.

       2. Change of Mind or Incorrect Size: You have a legal right to a return within 14 days if the size of the ordered product does not fit (please check the size chart before purchasing). Requirements: The product must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached, preferably in it's original packaging. The customer is fully responsible for covering the return shipping costs to the webshop address. Before shipping, you should contact us at sales.streetartstyle@gmail.com for instructions.

       3. Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments: Refunds will not be issued if you                   provided an incorrect address or failed to collect the package. The buyer must                 pay the reshipping fee to receive the package.
